In IE7, the pages listed at the top of the header do not appear. I run on Firefox and it works fine, as well as IE8, but IE7 and earlier do not display any pages in the header.
I verified this on your GoGreen demo page as well.

Correction, it is only with IE7. IE6 and IE8 display the pages in the header fine.
I have updated the theme and the fix for the issue is included.
